MIRANDA BASSETT

After growing up in Amarillo, Texas, Miranda moved to the Hill Country in 2010 to study graphic design at Texas State University.  She worked as a freelance artist and designer for a couple of years before discovering her love for taxidermy and wildlife art at Double Nickle. Miranda specializes in finishing and fish and loves to work on projects that incorporate traditional art methods (such as hand-painted skulls). She is currently out traveling the other side of the world, expanding her skill set and learning more about wildlife in other parts of the world.
