After you harvest your trophy, treat it like you would a steak. Keep it clean and cold preferably frozen. Make as few cuts as possible. Roll up hide and put it in a bag and freeze it until you can get it to your taxidermist. Do Not Cut Throat or Neck. When in doubt, call us.
Fish
Wrap fish in a wet towel. Place towel wrapped fish in a plastic bag and freeze. Get to your taxidermist as soon as possible. Keep fish moist.
Birds
Place in a bag and freeze them. Get them to taxidermist as soon as possible.
